you concerned about an appraisal report?First, contact the appraiser to
discuss your concerns. Probably, he or she can
provide an explanation that will satisfy you. But, if the appraiser is
unwilling to discuss the issues with you, or
if he or she provides an unsatisfactory

Members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada must follow
strictly-enforced Standards of Professional Practice . The Appraisal
Institute of Canada has the authority
to investigate complaints against members and enforce discipline
against any members who fail to meet the required standards.
